5.3 727pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, 727pub's decision shall be final and binding.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

10.3 727pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 727pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 727pub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
